This policy explains what information EsqFlow collects through this website, esqflow.ai, and how we use it. The EsqFlow product, including any client or health information a firm stores in it, is covered by that firm’s agreement with EsqFlow and, where protected health information is involved, a Business Associate Agreement.
What we collect
- Information you send us. When you request access, email us or call, we receive what you provide: your name, firm, work email, phone number, the approximate number of open matters, and anything else you choose to include.
- Basic technical information. Our hosting provider records standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the site and keep it secure.
This website does not use advertising trackers, analytics cookies or third-party tracking scripts.
How we use it
We use the information you send to respond to you, answer questions about EsqFlow and arrange access. We use technical logs only to operate and protect the site.
Sharing
We do not sell your information or share it for advertising. We share it only with service providers that help us run this website and our communications, such as hosting and email providers, and when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you and maintain ordinary business records. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete the information you have sent us, or to stop hearing from us, email info@esqflow.ai.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect the information we receive. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
Children
This website is intended for law firms and legal professionals. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
