FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Everything firms ask before they get access.

What is EsqFlow?

EsqFlow is a personal injury CRM and legal intelligence system built for Florida plaintiff PI firms. The work is mapped to the stage of each case, generated from the firm's own file, and routed through attorney review and approval.

Is EsqFlow a law firm CRM?

Yes. EsqFlow is a CRM and case management system built specifically for plaintiff personal injury firms. Unlike a general law firm CRM, the PI case journey is the structure of the system itself: intake, treatment, liability, coverage, demand, and litigation in one connected file.

Is EsqFlow an AI tool for lawyers?

Firms searching for AI tools for lawyers usually find chatbots that need constant prompting. EsqFlow is different: legal intelligence configured around your firm's own documents, structure, and tone. There are no prompts and no chatbox, and every output remains a draft until attorney review and approval.

Is EsqFlow a chatbot?

No. There are no prompts, no tools to learn, and no chatbox. EsqFlow already knows what each PI matter needs at its stage: the work is prepared and brought to the attorney for review.

Who is EsqFlow for?

Florida plaintiff personal injury firms. The system is configured around each firm's own documents, case structure, tone, and review process.

What is the best CRM for personal injury law firms?

The best personal injury CRM is the one shaped like your cases. General platforms bolt PI features onto generic software. EsqFlow is built around the Florida PI case journey and priced per matter instead of per seat. See the comparison page and the 2026 guide to PI CRMs for an honest breakdown against CASEpeer, Clio, Filevine, and Litify.

How much does EsqFlow cost?

One flat cost of $299 per matter, set the moment a lead becomes a matter. There is no per-user pricing, no long-term contract, and no monthly minimum. See the pricing page for details.

What happens if a case does not settle?

The cost for that file is refunded. No recovery, no charge.

Can the software cost be charged to the file?

Florida Bar Opinion 24-1 recognizes that technology costs tied to a specific client matter may be charged to the client when properly disclosed and handled in compliance with the applicable rules. Whether and how a firm passes the cost through remains the firm's decision.

Does EsqFlow automate demand letters?

The demand builder assembles a draft demand package from the file: injuries, treatment history, specials, future care, coverage, and liability, extracted from your own records and written in your firm's format. The demand amount is always set by the attorney.

Does EsqFlow build medical chronologies?

Yes. Records and bills become an itemized medical chronology with providers, visit history, and automatic treatment gap flags for attorney review.

Is my firm's data used to train other systems?

No. Each firm's records are private, protected, and isolated to its workspace. A firm's documents are never used by another firm and never used to train or improve another firm's system.

How is protected health information handled?

PHI is processed only under an executed Business Associate Agreement. The firm owns its files.

What stages of a case does EsqFlow cover?

Intake, liability, medicals, insurance, damages, demand, negotiation, litigation, settlement, and closing, all in one connected file. The features page walks through each.

Can we export our data?

Yes. Either party may end the engagement at any time and the firm may export its data.
