EsqFlow is opening to a small group of Florida personal injury firms, and support is personal: you reach the team that configures your system.

Onboarding
We configure EsqFlow around your firm: your templates, pleadings, demand letters, forms, checklists, and internal documents. Upload the materials your firm already uses and the system is shaped around them.
Billing
The $299 per-matter cost is set when a lead becomes a matter. If a case does not settle, the cost for that file is refunded. Billing questions: info@esqflow.ai.
Privacy and security
Your firm's records stay private, protected, and isolated to your workspace. They are never used by another firm and never used to train or improve another firm's system. Protected health information is processed only under an executed Business Associate Agreement. Every output remains a draft until attorney review and approval.
Your data
The firm owns its files. Either party may end the engagement at any time, and the firm may export its data.
