If your case doesn't settle, you don't pay for the software.
A flat $299 per matter that scales with your caseload, not your headcount.
Why we chose per-matter pricing
EsqFlow was built by personal injury attorneys. Our firms operate on contingency: no recovery, no fee. Monthly per-seat pricing never aligned with that model, and we believe software providers should have skin in the game too. So we priced EsqFlow to match the way you practice: the cost attaches directly to the file and scales with your caseload instead of your headcount. If the case does not settle, you do not pay for the software. Hiring a new paralegal should not raise your software bill.
Incurred the moment a lead becomes an active matter, so software spend follows your caseload file by file. One clean number on every matter, from intake through closing.
Traceable to the file
Most legal case management software is priced per seat, and subscriptions blend into firm overhead. No one can say what the software cost on File A versus File B. A per-matter price is a clean, itemized line item you can point to on a single file and, where permitted, pass through as a case cost.
Florida Bar Opinion 24-1
Florida Bar Opinion 24-1 recognizes that technology costs tied to a specific client matter may be charged to the client when properly disclosed and handled in compliance with the applicable rules. EsqFlow's per-matter pricing gives the firm a clean, file-specific number. Whether and how the firm passes that cost through remains the firm's decision. Read Florida Bar Opinion 24-1
